Day 3: Hanoi to Ninh Binh – Ancient Capital & Scenic Rivers

• Travel to Ninh Binh (2 hrs), known as “Inland Halong Bay”

• Visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu – temples of the Dinh & Le kings

• Enjoy a Tam Coc sampan boat ride through caves and rice fields

• Visit Bich Dong Pagoda nestled in limestone cliffs

• Return to Hanoi by evening

• Overnight in Hanoi

Day 4: Halong Bay Cruise Begins

• Morning drive to Halong Bay (approx. 2.5–3 hrs)

• Board a luxury overnight cruise

• Visit limestone islets, caves (e.g., Sung Sot Cave), and floating villages

• Kayaking or swimming at a quiet lagoon (weather permitting)

• Sunset cocktails on deck and seafood dinner onboard

• Overnight in a private ensuite cabin on the cruise

Day 5: Halong Bay Morning & Return to Hanoi

• Start the day with Tai Chi on deck

• Explore a grotto or beach, then brunch onboard
