day 1: delhi to amritsar (by road)
You will be picked up early in the morning from Delhi by our representative and driven to Amritsar (approx. 8–9 hours). On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax after the long journey.
Overnight stay in Amritsar.

day 2: wagah border ceremony
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning. In the afternoon around 3:00 PM, head to the Wagah Border to witness the famous Beating Retreat Ceremony, a daily military parade between Indian and Pakistani forces. It's a patriotic and energetic experience.
Return to the hotel in the evening.
Overnight stay in Amritsar.

day 3: amritsar sightseeing
After breakfast, go for a full day of sightseeing:

• Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) – the holiest site in Sikhism

• Jallianwala Bagh – a memorial of the 1919 massacre

• Partition Museum – telling the story of the India-Pakistan partition

• Durgiana Temple – often called the "Silver Temple"

Evening at leisure.

day 4: excursion to gobindgarh fort and local markets
After breakfast, visit Gobindgarh Fort, a historic military fort that now features museums, 7D shows, and cultural performances. Later, explore local markets like Hall Bazaar for souvenirs, handicrafts, and traditional Amritsari fabrics.
Return to hotel and relax.

day 5: day trip to tarn taran and ram tirath
After breakfast, take a day trip to nearby attractions:

• Tarn Taran Sahib – a significant Sikh gurdwara with the largest Sarovar

• Ram Tirath Temple – believed to be the birthplace of Lav and Kush, sons of Lord Rama

Return to Amritsar by evening.

day 6: return to delhi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be driven back to Delhi, and dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
